Eugenia Garnes graduated from Spa School in Worthington, OH and has been working in the Esthetics/Makeup Artistry Field for over five years. Eugenia has a degree in Visual Communications. She specializes in makeup artistry using her combined makeup techniques enhanced by her experience at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. Eugenia brings a wide spectrum of talent to every application. She is medical spa trained and has been serving clients in the Short North Arts District for the last three years. Eugenia is now accepting new clients at Salons at High and Hubbard. She specializes in skin care, waxing, body treatments, relaxation massage, and makeup for both men and women. She is adept providing special occasion services. Eugenia is also skilled at makeup application for the LGBT community.
